Tamara's Summer Tips:
Healthy Herbal Iced Teas: experiement with your favrite organic herbal teas. Steep 7-8 herbal tea bags in a pot of boiled water (covered) add stevia to sweeten. When cooled, fill large glass containers halfway with ice pour tea in. Chill in fridge. Tasty and healthy!
Enjoy plenty of wonderful local summer fruits and veggies. Try new summer salads that have greens and fruits or berries.
Easy cobbler: pick fresh balckberries, rasberries, dark cherries, etc. this sumer. Place couple cups into pyrex baking dish. sprinkle tapioca starch over berries. Mix granola over top. Pour coconut oil and honey over top. Optional: chopped walnuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve with homade whipped cream (organic whipping cream sweetened with stevia).
